Introduction
This product is the same as Sybr Safe. The molecules can combine with nucleic acid helix structure and emit green fluorescence. Its core structure with a positive charge can form a bonding with the negative charge of nucleic acid chain, which limits the degree of freedom of molecular and makes the absorbed energy emit as green fluorescent light.
Product Features
This product is completely developed, synthesized and formulated by ourselves. As shown in Figure 1, this product is compared with similar product of foreign competitor. After the DNA in agarose gel is stained, and the efficiency is the same. The absorption spectrum in Figure 2 also confirms that the purity and concentration of our product. Compared with the early use of high cytotoxicity and high DNA mutagenicity ethidium bromide (EtBr), this dye has been confirmed by many reports that it has lower cell mutagenic activity and is a harmless material. If you are still using the highly hazardous EtBr, it is recommended that you can use this product for instead, please contact us, we are likely to provide you with a free sample.
