Introduction
As shown in Figure 1, after the protein mixture is separated by electrophoresis, the protein can be labeled by bounding with a specific primary antibody, and then mixed with a secondary antibody which is modified with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). In the presence of hydrogen peroxide, HRP catalyzes Luminol to generate blue light (428 nm), which can be observed with a camera or exposed to a film, and the labeled protein can be observed.
