This assay kit provides two fluorescent probes of different colors, which can simultaneously stain live cells and dead cells separately, and one can use fluorescence detection instruments, such as fluorescence microscope , fluorescence microplate reader and flow cytometer...etc., for quantification. This kit can be applied to most eukaryotic cells, including adherent cells and tissues, but not for the use of bacteria and fungi.
