Introduction
Hoechst 33342 can penetrate the cell membrane of living cells, binds to the minor groove of dsDNA, and produce a strong blue fluorescence. It is particularly easy to bind to the dsDNA groove of A/T rich strand. Therefore, Hoechst33342 can be used as a fluorescent dye for the nuclei of living cells. We provide high-purity (>98%) powder products, which can be dissolved in appropriate solvents.
